Today was our trip to the County storage locker. Our project manager Jean Anne was kind enough to arrange this trip to help us acquire much needed furniture. Oddly the storage locker is located on an old military air base. Dan and Kevin from County physical plant services pulled up in a County van and were ready to assist in our mission. To our surprise we opened up the door to the bunker and it was packed from front to back with tables, chairs, desks, shelves, ancient machines and lots of office goodies. No place to walk to, we climbed over the mountain of junk, carefully, to our luck we found some great finds. Strangely something neither of us had seen before was an old communication switch board, Kevin took the charming picture of Chrissy. Another oddity was the two huge stacks of Prince Edward County 45 records; No clue what kind of tracks are on it, but its our new mission to listen this record produced back in the 80′s. All in all, with a little man power we managed to move several desks out and tagged a few other articles for pick up at a later date. Unbelievable what kind of treasures you can find in storage lockers. Thanks to the County and physical plant for the help and the furniture.

What is on those records! Being a full fledged county-phile I have got to hear it!
